Montcalm is delighted to announce the addition of Jessica Beltman to the firm.
In her role as Operations Manager, Jessica will manage Montcalm’s administrative and investment operations, ensuring clients’ immediate needs are met and enabling the rest of the team to provide the best service possible.

Jessica’s experience prior to Montcalm spans ten years in the financial services industry, including roles in operations at a fintech startup and in special projects at nonprofits such as Kiva, the Maasai Migrants Project, and the Chijnaya Foundation. She is thrilled to utilize her operations knowledge and passion for equity and sustainability in her work with Montcalm.
Jessica holds an MA in Anthropology with a focus on film and Maasai women’s educational empowerment, and she received her BA in Mass Communications with a focus on photojournalism and graphic design. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys hiking, traveling to learn about different cultures, and dining out with friends.
